RVF Auxiliary Equipment

It is basically the process of separating yeast, which is fermented and turned into cream, from moisture by vacuum ingenuity. For this purpose, the rotary drum system used, which has a long historical background. The cream yeast collected in the downside chamber adheres on the drum surface then vacuumed and de-moisture thanks to the filters.

Thanks to the scraper knife used, solid yeast reaches the conveyor in dry form. Because the drum surface width and diameter are very large, its manufacture requires very precise workmanship and expertise.  Experience is the most critical issue in vacuum drum filter production. Neither technological production line nor equipment is more valuable than experience.
